Return & Refund Policy

At NA WORLD, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or washing

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as intimate or personal wear, if applicable) may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

  • Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition

  • Items returned without prior contact or approval

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First check your bank account again

  • Then contact your payment provider or bank
